Modules can be configured as needed.
Picking at the shipping warehouse, supporting multi-warehouse collaborative operations.

Manual replenishment picking.
Transfer to the dispensing window.
Patients scan QR codes at the window to queue for medication pickup.
Electronic labels on medication baskets provide alerts; window staff perform dispensing.
Empty baskets return to circulation for processing the next prescription order.
Smart Medicine Warehouse
Flexible configuration based on space size, scalable to any scale.
Uses pallets as storage containers with automated visual inventory tracking.
High storage efficiency with unlimited medicine varieties.
Automatically picks items per prescription and scans traceability codes.
Pallet-based replenishment to equipment with convenient manual restocking.
Human-Machine Hybrid Operation
Certain medication boxes cannot be stored in the dispensing machine and require manual replenishment and picking.
Refrigerated storage boxes may exceed size limits or feature irregular packaging.
When large quantities are needed at once (e.g., 10 boxes or more), manual picking is faster. Two manual medication picking and order collection ports are standard. The system automatically consolidates orders with machine-picked items.
Prescription Dispensing Line
For completed prescription orders, consolidate them into a single electronic-tagged medication basket.
Based on the queue system, route them to the corresponding window.
Every two windows share one temporary holding station (capable of holding 5 prescriptions).
When dispensing medication based on a prescription, scan the prescription to trigger an audible and visual alert from the electronic tag.
Empty baskets after dispensing are manually collected and uniformly returned to the return slot. This slot can accommodate up to 18 empty baskets at a time.
